When acquiring a Style, use the displayed Style Card to inspect its skill and compare it with your current option before deciding. You can decline the new acquisition. The monster's name and rarity are only part of the choice.
Read the card in a useful order
| Check | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Style identity | Which movement and attack set the transformation supplies |
| Active skill description | What this particular core offers |
| Displayed base stats and rarity | How its numerical strength compares |
| Current transformation's remaining duration | How long your existing option can still support the route |

Start with the next encounter
Think about the task immediately ahead: reaching an airborne target, creating space or delivering a heavy hit. Then read whether the offered skill helps with that task. There is no single Style that is the best answer for every enemy.
A new core from the same monster type is still worth checking. Its active skill can differ from the one you already have, so accepting an apparently familiar form can change a combo you were relying on.
Accept or keep your current option
Use the displayed comparison to decide whether the new acquisition improves your current plan. Higher rarity raises base stats such as attack power, but a useful move and a comfortable attack range also matter.
If the offer does not help, decline it rather than replacing a working form automatically. If your current transformation is close to expiring, weigh the replacement as a resource for the next part of the dive instead of comparing raw strength alone.
